Definitely, I won't act like I'm sprinting up them but I keep a good pace. I was sprinting hills for my other workouts but that was over the course of doing different exercises and not during a run.

Try to get a little distance running up and build from there. No shame in that at all.

Thanks for the encouragement! I appreciate it.

I need to just stick with it which has been the hardest part.

Banged out some more deads today

Increased each set by 10 pounds from last week

Next week ill be attempting the infamous 405......

Thinking about trying that 405 1RM

how is your deadlift anywhere near your bench numbers? :why:

i'd think u would/could be doing high 400's to low 500s for reps w/ that kinda bench....

guess you just prioritize benching a lot...

I just started deads around May this year.

I've benched on and off my whole life.

After doing research and coming on here and seeing people's deads number I knew I needed to step my game up.

I'm going to get ther breh, this time next year I hope to be pulling up that 500+

Form is everything breh

Just take your time and do them right, and I would suggest no more then once a week.

I have a love/hate relationship with deads, can't deny the results I've seen from them.

Box squats helped my deads. Them shyts still scary though. On the wrong day that weight ain't leaving the floor. It's good to warm up with sets of heavy singles.
