Definitely, I won't act like I'm sprinting up them but I keep a good pace. I was sprinting hills for my other workouts but that was over the course of doing different exercises and not during a run.
Try to get a little distance running up and build from there. No shame in that at all.

i'd think u would/could be doing high 400's to low 500s for reps w/ that kinda bench....
guess you just prioritize benching a lot...
