Had a pretty good, upper body session yesterday. Did 3 x 10 at 145 of incline bench. 3 x 10 of t bar row with 90 lbs added to the bar. Also did db overhead press for 3 x 10. Used 40 lbs dumbbells for 2 sets and i tested 45's for my last set and was able to 8, which was failure.
Also I'm starting to like only using heavy dumbbells for db rows, most of the other main lifts I prefer the barbell. Altho I don't have shrugs in my routine. Is this just me or does anyone else share the same thoughts?
