I dont know what these nikkas talkin bout mayne. I love my belt. Intra-abdominal pressure protects and stabilizes the spine, and belts are only a danger if u have high blood pressure (in which case u shouldnt be lifting anyway). But to each their own :mido:
They don't even wanna hear how they are short changing their leg development by going no belt
