Nope. But that doesn't mean its not bipartisan.
Biden is doing the right move saying he's doing what the country wants and that it is bipartisan.
It's not bipartisan unless you can find a single republican cosponsoring it or at the least voting for it.

It’s bipartisan. The GOP is fukking themselves by not voting for it.

The press is so desperate to see the GOP legislate and Dems to acquiesce to them. When the GOP has no legislative priorities beyond cultural BS and instituting their voting rights gutting in state houses.
The most outspoken dudes here live in places that have no representation 
They're not being held accountable. They won't be. And therefore they can do things like vote against a stimulus that helps the country open up.

For the claim that people are continually voting for people who are depressing their minimum wage to work it would require people to be cognizant of the fact they it happened and they’re generally not aware. That’s like saying someone keep voting in a rapist to be the head of the child protection bureau while that information was not disclosed to the public and didn’t come up in his background check.
