i see what you did there but thats to mind game ish she is already expecting a shopping trip on monday as i told her i just got paid. i need some tips on how to handle this nonchalantly without playing games or causing a scene.

if its your lady, its good to get her something every now and then. but you have to call the shots still. just say "Ill buy you a dress. maybe something to go with it. just show me a good one and we can get it if its nice."


or "we can get you some shoes and .... (whatever)" you say it and stick to it. have a direction before you go out. a gameplan can change everything. so shes going to look for shyt, but you are there to help her pick it out. youre in charge, remember that.

get some shyt you want her to wear for you. she'll be happy to try it out if youre enthusiastic about it. shes doing this mostly to look nice for you. so honestly tell her if its nice or not and dont lie just because she likes it. it might be wack, or something you dont like at all. tell her. depending on if you like it or not, or if its too expensive you need to be able to curb that. also fukk all that max out your card shyt, have some limits. she'll respect it. be all the way real about things if you need to, youre not taking her out and youre at her mercy.

but Id mostly be there to kick it with her. so, say what you want to get for her, yall go out and stick to that. dont go to like five stores buying shyt everywhere. women dont make up their own minds. she'll have you like, I want a blouse here, a purse there, jeans here, shoes here ... lets go to the next few stores for more .... naaaaah!

edit: yeah I misread the situation and didnt know shes just trying to get over. I didnt peep his early post, but its all on him regardless - this isnt some hostage shyt where he has a gun to his head and he has to take her to the mall. if he knows shes just using him, he needs to pump the brakes on that asap.

Whats everyones thoughts on paying for dates. My rule is usually do 2 or 3 for every 1 or she can buy little things like Starbucks etc. and i'll handle like dinner or movies.

shyt, Id rather be busy doing nothing than buying her shyt just because she wants me to. you can be upfront and tell her, why should I do that? or Im not taking you shopping, we're going to chill at my crib. or be more low key and tell her to come over later that week, so you can have a cheap date at your place with her. if you see she doesnt want to hang with you unless you spending on her, you need to dead her quick. you know shes about her tricking, and is even bold with it. its bushes time for her. shes real forward and disrespectful to come at you like that.
