meditation/prayer (preferably in the morning before you do anything) can help you be more in-tune with what you truly want out of life and out of your experiences. the good thing about doing this in the morning is that it will set the tone for the rest of the day where as if you do it in the evening it's still better than nothing but you go to sleep right after and wake up in another mindset depending on how you slept (credit to Tariq Nasheed). So for example, you could take a few minutes everyday when you wake up to refocus on what your life goals are as well as your objectives for the day. Try to look inside and find out the good and what you need to work on. Figure out what triggers both. And another important (that even i struggle with at times): take some of that time to FORGIVE yourself.
if you are a believer, you can do it through a convo with the higher power. If not you can always do it as meditation and reflection. The good thing about this is that you go about your day and will focus slightly less on chasing women (a step towards indifference). and like we've been saying, this ironically makes you more attractive to women. I'm not saying to become a monk, don't get me wrong. . It just tips the scale more towards what you want and less on what the world wants from you.
