I’ve never had success trying to mirror a woman’s behavior/effort the last several years. Every time I’ve tried that it goes nowhere and they double down and get even worse. I’ve experienced it so much sometimes it makes me wonder how ANYONE gets into a serious relationship in the current day.

I don’t have patience or time for the “too cool for school” act. I’m an all or nothing kinda man for the most part so if she runs in the opposite direction because I’m showing genuine interest and excitement then oh well she’s not the one for me.

I bush quickly now and days if her excitement isn’t obvious.

Whenever I meet a chick, the vast majority of the time they will play these cat and mouse games. They will take long to respond, sometimes they may ignore messages, sometimes they may flake on dates, etc. I have improved over the years to where this shyt doesnt affect me as much early on and I am able to play it cool but lately I feel like I have been falling for the okie doke.

The reason I say this is because I am by nature a very direct and forthright communicator. Naturally, after a few dates things will ramp up and the communication will improve and I willl know the girl is starting to fukk with me heavy. However, a lot of the time after ramping up these girls will kinda just distance themselves and I am back to square one feeling like I am walking on eggshells. I know consciously what is going on but instead of staying at an arms length as well, sometimes I get caught up in the moment and will ask them whats up or call them out. I often feel like I chase away girls as a result (though deep down i know these girls are probably up to no good behind the scenes anyway - so maybe its for the best)

This is something I gotta really work on going forward. I discussed it many years ago talking about something I call the whacamole theory but I havent been taking my own advice these days. Maybe its cause I am getting older and less patient. Yall ever deal with this?

I was dealing with a Ghanaian girl just like this then I met my wife and bushed that girl.

I always had to message first, to call. I'd send a text and hours later get a reply. I'd be out on a date with her and i can see text messages coming in from her girls and she's replying on the spot etc.


If it was Chris Brown or whatever demonic nikka they lusting for they wouldn't play those games .

1000% when we chatted she even said that I wasnt the only one who has talked to her about this; she told me her friend told her its like she hates men or something due to some of the shyt she said. And in trying to understand where some of her rhetoric comes from I would ask questions about last relationships and shyt and its clear that her ex aint even really dog her out or nothing so its probably coming from social media or her girlfriends.

I cant say it enough man. You meet an attractive women past age 28, there is a reason she is single 9/10 times. Social media has a lot of their brains fried when you consider their attention spans, propensities to compare you to the next man, the female red shyt they prolly consume, etc. This one was in a very long relationship most recently so i gave her the benefit of the doubt but she turned out to not be serious/ready.

We dealing with the worst/weirdest crop in history as some brothas in here have said. Overcomplicating even the simplest shyt.

Social media and old has warped women's minds. Not to mention all these garbage ass reality shows that are filled with drama and the like which corrupt their mind.

Even the ugliest most hideous girl you can look at in Toronto can sign up on hinge and have Nigerian dudes be calling her beautiful and wanting to take her shopping it corrupts their mind.

No doubt fam. I am giving shorty the space she wants while I focus on this Nigerian chick who is seemingly more cooperative and straight forward but its just a shame because her and I had A+ chemistry and an A+ attraction to each other. And whenever we would try to make plans it was pretty straight forward to but Iunno, I could just tell that she felt we were getting too close too quick and was tryna keep me at an arms length.

I dont even wanna be talking to multiple chicks at once but these women force us to do it; then they will wonder why every man they encounter seems like a player. Well duh, its because you weed out men who are serious/intentional naturally with the bullshyt games so you end up with men who are players and know how to play the cat and mouse games on all-madden level lol.

You have to or you develop oneitis. A woman can only talk to one man because they know if it doesn't work out they can hit up an old guy and he'll bite or just hop online

this is pretty much where im at in my mid 30s

no problem getting consistent sex out here. The professional types (typically who i deal with) all want their backs blown out on the reg. But their relationship skills are trash, and im sick of the cookie cutter personalities they all get from social media.

Yup I met my wife when travelling. Wasn't even suppose to visit Uganda .

Plan was just Rwanda but the east Africa visa gave me all three countries and found my wife. At first thought it was just gonna be a meet one time never see again but here we are almost two years later married with a kid on the way

I think my wife and I have fought once since we've been together and that was when she was talking in another language to her friend and I didn't like it

Hell I even see so much white men over here with black wives and mixed kids .

What a lot of women do, and men, is they let so many notifications accumulate, that they set a time, or whatever, and then respond to a group or all of them in a 10 minute period, something along those lines. So, yes, they COULD respond to your message, when it comes, but they often aren't responding to lots and lots of messages, until later. Even as recently as like 2 years ago, I would be surprised when some random text I send to whomever, would get replied to 4 days later, at 7:44 AM, when I had forgotten about it. I assumed they were going back into the text thread, but no, they just replied en masse to unread texts.

To understand this, you have to realize that messages/busyness are a status signal/status sign. And also, just the extreme relentlessness of notifications from everywhere. And therefore, people are motivated, kinda like by IG likes, to get as many as possible, and not replying becomes a form or power exercised, and also a form of control.
