Lol I cut it off with the hinge joint who said we could study together because she said we weren't hanging out enough together and going out on dates when I told her I was focusing on studying and fixing myself. She took it really hard.
Meanwhile, my ex, who I told the same thing too and want to marry but is talking to a nikka, hits me up because she has a family emergency and before that had a job emergency, and I should say well ask that nikka you talking too about it but I don't and I listen because I'm a simp I guess idk. When we link she lets me hit raw and says she does not let him but she gave him head and didn't give me and says dumb shyt like yall act alike and I wish I could combine yall both.
Told her don't ever tell me no dumb shyt like that again and banged it on her. And saying "valentines day will be the true d day if he asks her out"
Meanwhile one of my close female friends who I haven't spoken two in 2 years who cried in Shake Shack because I dated my ex and not her, just randomly started texting me again.
Swear sometimes I wanna just put my shyt on dnd for 5 months but then I get horny like a cartoon wolf in a suit
And mf's wonder why I booked a psychiatrist this week

Definitely some unresolved trauma and abandonment issues going on, this will be my third time seeking some type of therapy this time in the psychiatrist form instead of regular therapist. No excuse though

I appreciate all the gems and replies being stated, I need this. And I cut off the hinge joint because although she has many good qualities, she still was wanting to go on dates and talking about her brother told her about this restaurant called Fogo de Chao etc and we don't hang out enough and she wants to know boundaries, when I told her from the jump I'm focusing on myself that just made her like me more.
As far as my ex yea imma fall back. When she first decided to speak to the guy I took it really hard and she would just check in on my mental health etc. Fast forward she's telling me to come over. Craziest thing that happened was the pastor invited me to dinner at his house that I never been to and turns out he lives around the corner form her. He is preaching to me abstinence until marriage and to focus on myself until I can get into that place I need to be.
With her, she keeps saying me and the guy are similar and we would probably be friends, etc I told her stop saying that shyt and to not compare me and everything.
My biggest thing was they both made more than me and I was complacent in my early 20's I know one day I want a family, kids and the whole thing but I have to work on my savings, mental and my career and maturity
Feeling like I need to just go monk and grind mode and no women at all for this year

In any event we spoke recently and he was telling me how he started talking to a chick maybe a month ago. They kicked it twice and he says she's pretty laid back and has a good career and he likes her
