Definitely some unresolved trauma and abandonment issues going on, this will be my third time seeking some type of therapy this time in the psychiatrist form instead of regular therapist. No excuse though

I appreciate all the gems and replies being stated, I need this. And I cut off the hinge joint because although she has many good qualities, she still was wanting to go on dates and talking about her brother told her about this restaurant called Fogo de Chao etc and we don't hang out enough and she wants to know boundaries, when I told her from the jump I'm focusing on myself that just made her like me more.

As far as my ex yea imma fall back. When she first decided to speak to the guy I took it really hard and she would just check in on my mental health etc. Fast forward she's telling me to come over. Craziest thing that happened was the pastor invited me to dinner at his house that I never been to and turns out he lives around the corner form her. He is preaching to me abstinence until marriage and to focus on myself until I can get into that place I need to be.

With her, she keeps saying me and the guy are similar and we would probably be friends, etc I told her stop saying that shyt and to not compare me and everything.

My biggest thing was they both made more than me and I was complacent in my early 20's I know one day I want a family, kids and the whole thing but I have to work on my savings, mental and my career and maturity
