Yo I tried to make a long distance relationship work early last year. I’ve spoken on it previously but there are a bunch of new posters here. In my opinion, it’s an exercise in futility. Don’t do it. Once again, DON’T DO IT.
You can’t compete with dudes that can be in her face on a daily basis. As men, we like to think we’re offering something that she can’t get anywhere else but that’s mostly our ego talking. And even if it’s true, what good does that do her when she can’t have it/you on a regular basis? Women need comfort that a voice over the phone simply can’t provide. Hate to burst any bubbles but that’s just the way it is.
There will come a time when she needs to feel the presence/essence of a man to make her feel at peace. And if you can’t provide that, she’ll seek it elsewhere.
