This franchise is pathetic. Honestly, I am at a point in where I don't wish any young player in his prime to be associated with this shytty organization.

Melo's prime is pretty much over, shyt team around him and still trying to run an archaic offensive scheme when the game has completely changed.

We literally have the worst starting backcourt in the league and a guard in Afflalo who is overvaluing himself in order to get out of this situation if the money makes sense.

Trade Melo for picks if you can and just dead the idea of winning with him at the tail end of his prime. I ask this again to all my brehs on here, why would ANY elite player come here? Seriosuly, I just want one solid answer. Don't give me bullshyt like media market, the mecca or whatever the fukk the media likes to put as an advantage this franchise has. This is one of the worst if not THE worst managed team in all professional sports. They don't TRY to lose like some organizations...they are just COMPLETELY incompetent.

Melo wants to win now and it is understood...he is starting to break down.

Phil Jackson is apparently sticking with the triangle and wants to keep a coach who doesn't appear to be good at his job.

Who are the coaching candidates?

Blatt? Why would he come here again? He might be able to land on the Timberwolves which did one of the best jobs I have seen in recent years in order to get themselves in a position to be competitive for the next 5-10 years.

Thibs? Why would he come here? He is going to be sought out by teams with a much better roster and actually in a position to make some nice picks this year. Philadelphia might actually make more sense for him if they give him the power I think he deserves.

Who else?
George Karl? :comeon: that guy is done.
Mark Jackson? He will get better offers.
Luke Walton? :heh: He isn't dumb enough to do this, he will likely go to the Lakers after Scott is fired.

What players want to come here? Durant? Westbrook? Yeah good luck with that if Melo is still on the roster...that shyt will NOT work with ISO Melo eating the ball.

I am glad this season is over so I can enjoy the playoffs without worrying what this damn team is up to.

Joe B going in on Phil and his triangle devotion this morning. Fair amount of callers getting heated too. I'm starting to hear more of a groundswell of anti-triangle sentiment
My thing is we shouldn't "have" to run it, if it helps it helps but don't be dead set on running it. We've seen the success grant has had while running his PnR.

This Team Gets Me Tight, Seeing The fukk Ass Celtics And Mavs Be Relevant, This Team STILL Can't Do shyt. Another Decade Of Grief To Come Brehs

Dolan will never allow a Celtics like rebuild. Boston also got lucky with the Nets being stupid. Problem with the Dolan Knicks is they're reactionary and have no issues giving away picks for names that aren't worth their contracts. Boston identified the coach they wanted, acquired assets and are now in good position to add a Durant.

I said it then...and I'll say it today...

It was a sick, cruel joke that the basketball gods played on us when it was Sterling and not Dolan who was caught saying controversial shyt which led to Sterling selling the franchise.

It couldn't be Dolan, seriously?

It takes a special kind of stupidity and desperation to give up 4 firsts and help a team unload two bloated contracts of past their prime players. The Nets gave the C's a perfect damned reset button right at the end of Pierce's and KG's ropes.
