Bleach had a spark when it started, but it's not seeing Dragonball, Naruto, or One Piece in terms of what it did for the culture.
I give Naruto a lot of grief for being overrated, but it still played a huge part in popularizing anime in the West and is still one of the most famous manga/anime of all time. It gave us a colorful and unique setting full of dope side characters and beautifully animated fights.
One Piece is the GOAT shonen, period. It's still consistently well written after nearly 25 years with no signs of falling off (Even Dragonball got
with the Buu saga). The worldbuilding is unparalleled, and the level of planning/detail Oda puts into the storyline is insane. It's the bestselling manga of all time and the 3rd best selling comic of all time for a reason. (Only Superman and Batman are ahead of One Piece).
Dragonball/Z is the GODFATHER of shonen, so I shouldn't need to explain further than that.
TBH, I'd argue that Sakuragi (dude from Slam Dunk) deserves a spot on the mountain over Ichigo, and that's if we're ONLY talking shonen.
If we're talking all anime as a whole, then I'd say that Goku, Sailor Moon, Gundam, and Astro Boy deserve it the most (you can argue for Kenshiro or Pikachu though).
Even in Japan, Bleach isn't hot in the streets like it was in the early 2000s.
