That's always the goal. Still you look at the number of top 10 picks that's straight up busts, Solomon Thomas for example , you can do a lot worse than getting a respectable starting quality OT.

Is what it is this point, after half a season of Tom Compton I'm appreciate McGlinchey more this year

tackles definitely harder to get but we didnt and havent missed a beat with McGlinchy sidelined every year. right now are we not wondering what we gonna do with IOL? and ill go back but there were 2 articles off top of my head about McGlinchy and that 5th ysar option. i mean it might have suffered more so because we lost our would be starter after 2 plays of game 1. Mitchell played well and everything the more the season went on. I just feel its less then ideal to have pass blocking issues on your Right to Center and possibly left guard with a younger QB in there. Now i could be saying all this and Trey can evade like Wilson , but i would rather not take the chance on Trey having to Andrew Luck this shyt
