again this are games that sold millions of copies its not like they are giving away uno for free :shaq:

Most of the time they are giving away uno for free. Or Plants Vs. Zombies:heh: your homie was just bragging about getting sonic 4:laff:

In the entire existence of ps+ little big planet and infamous are the absolute best games ever offered. By the time they were offered they were a year old and sales were very underwhelming so from a business standpoint it made sense for them to give the games away to ps+ customers.

How do you think they choose what games to give away? They're not gonna give away games that are successful and still selling because those games are still making them money. What they do is give you games that didn't sell as well as they wanted them to right before the next installment of that game comes out in hopes that you will get hooked on the old game, and go out and buy the next installment. Basically you are paying for advertisements :manny:

Man, who are you to say what people want or don't want... fukk outa here with that bullshyt
:usure: if people wanted them they would be selling.

Why do you think they aren't giving away games like final fantasy 7 and metal gear solid? They are old and cheap right now, but people are still willing to pay money for the games and they are still profitable. The games you get for free on ps plus are games that the developers have decided would make them more money as advertisements to buy future games, or future ps plus subscriptions.

This is why it's difficult to have any type of reasonable conversation with you fanboys. You're all over the place:russ:

So if nobody wants these games then why would you pay for......... oh yea I forgot... You don't have a choice :umad:

People who have XBL gold are paying for a superior online service not free old games. Furthermore most times if a game is offered for free it's offered to ALL XBL members not just the paying ones. The most recent example of this is The Walking Dead. It was offered for free to ALL members.

Redmond Game Design Director-IEB-Microsoft Studios (823271) Job - WA, 98052

Microsoft Studios is looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced Design Director (also called Creative Director in many companies) with proven creative and leadership ability to work with external developers on Microsoft’s core titles (including shooters, RPGs, action/adventure, etc.). The Design Director’s mission is to support our experienced development partner’s creative vision and to ensure that the product’s ultimate quality is “first-party” -a wonderful experience only possible via the partnership between Microsoft and the developer. The Design Director has access and influence on platform hardware (e.g. consoles, peripherals, etc.) and system shell & back-end technology unlike anywhere else in the industry, and it’s the creative use of these tools that enable partners to create their best games ever.
