Don't know if I will be able to afford it. I have 60,000 in student loan debt currently and am unemployed. Have no car at the moment either. Have a two year degree in Business Management.

What cities would you recommend I move/consider?
pros
cheap real estate
great nightlife and something always going on
4hrs from la, san diego, phx
plenty of sunshine, mountains
very diverse
no state tax
24/7 city
cons
can get very hot in the summer 110-20 plus
not too many jobs outside of the casino/hotel industry
no culture
school system is horrible
not really a city to find a soulmate imo
transportation system isn't the best
alot of temptation in the city
You're still young, and with 60K in debt and no jobs skills, you need a 5 year plan. I would forget worrying about which city has the best nightlife etc. I'd recommend joining the Coast Guard for 4 years, see some of the country, and get rid of the debt and at the same time try to work on finishing your degree. In a few years, you would eventually be transferred to DC anyway where most of the CG jobs are. So, years 1-4, live off the Govt, pay the debt off, get working on your 4 year degree, move to DC, and transition into a Fed Govt job at the end of 5 years with a degree and no debt.
why you say that? is it bc its a conservative state?AZ:
Cops suck
You will be exposed to racism more than likely if you haven't before
I lived therewhy you say that? is it bc its a conservative state?
I lived there
I dunno why it is but you will
Coming there from MI it also taught me that all white ppl are not well off and they get into shot just like us
I also met some cool White ppl too
Just sayin u will experience racism if u black
And the cops are crazy
Will ask for your ID while walking
Hell nah
+ Food is top notchMiami, Florida
i'm assuming you live there i was planning on moving between their and phoenix
between seattle vs phoenix which place has a better nightlife (one of my main qualms before i move to a city, i like to work with music)
thanks, appreciate it. Do you personally feel the pros outweigh the cons?
I've been seriously considering Vegas because of its cheap rental properties. How's the police there? In NYC I can't walk to the store without plain clothed officers searching/harassing me. Are the police crazy there? Also how's crime? I don't want to be living in my $400-500/month apartment and have my PS4 stolen by unemployed losers.
@Willy Waffle I also want to now how the crime is there as well.
