That's why I think diversity in schools is a great thing. My elementary and middle school were both mainly black schools in an urban area so growing up I didn't even think about race or skin color, I noticed the most racist folks went to private mainly white schools, I could imagine when you haven't interacted with a lot of black folks it'd be much easier to be ignorant

Well most of the time the way those type of people think is that Obama is one of the ok black people or that he is above those "other" blacks. Just because they voted for him does not mean they are not racist. Obama without the political title is just another black dude to them.
