they have to count the absentee ballots, which is going to take awhile. The good thing, is that we have a supposed large voter turnout, most people who used absentee ballot are democrats, so technically depending on who you ask Biden is in the lead, will win or it's close, but they favor biden bc they haven't counted his votes yet.
