That's a bit deceptive because it's not the state itself. What he is saying is if Trump wins PA then there is a polling error that needs to be accounted for in the other states so Trump would also most likely win NC, GA, FL, AZ, etc....

PA is basically a canary in the coal mine.

It's only because if Independents, suburban women etc. to go to Trump in PA, then they will probably go to him in GA, FL, AZ, etc. Past elections show that these voting blocs are pretty monolithic.

Essentially a LOT would go wrong with the voter trends if Biden loses PA.
