I’ve seen and known more people messing themselves up on the leg extension
(too much weight while locking out and stacking said weight directly on top of your knee cap)
and the leg press that you RARELY see people do properly at commercial gyms
than I have squatting/deadlifting
it seems easier to demonize squats and deads because it’s one quick BOOM as opposed to cumulative damage.

They’re literally the best. It’s just you don’t need crazy heavy weight.
Why doing squats like that just do the regular leglift and keep your knees safe...
