“The main thing is that I must lie motionless in bed for two months,” Sedykh said.

Unless his wife is just gonna ride him, she will be goin elsewhere for her needs.

I usually just used that for my legs...:ld: I dont know why you say its worst for your knees...
Because it puts an insane amount of unnecessary stress on your knees. They're not built to do what the machine requires you to do. Only leg "machine" you should use is the leg press.

if he did at least 50-100 knuckle push ups everyday he wouldn't have that problem.

That's called a monolith and is used in a lot of competitions.

Being in a rack wouldn't have saved his knees or muscles from being shredded. :manny:

I didn’t watch the video (and I’m not going on to) but wouldn’t a rack have caught the weight sooner and took pressure off his body quicker? And I know what that machine is and how it’s used, it’s still dumb to me. Use a rack with safety arms.

What do you recommend?

I know you didnt ask me but, weighted squats , deadlifts (to an extent, too much can make your waist wider, at least for me) and weighted hip thrusts <<< these give you the roundness (glute wise)

I saw so much progress after the hip thrust, it builds the "shelf" or upper glutes
