I think Tate makes more sense. He knew the plate and all. He went to the club (as we saw last episode) to make sure he did the deed. Soon as he saw him leaving he called the cops, remember he’s a former cop. He orchestrated it all.

Got that 100k back too....that’s the only reason him paying in advance made any sense to begin with. He was always planning to recoup that.

I think they filmed a bunch of stuff from that day from all the different perspectives and then poorly edited them into 6 different episodes but we’re so into the show at this point, we just wanna see how they end it
