He is dogmatic because he claims this higher power exists (and admits to lacking evidence) and that this higher power interactions with the universe (with no evidence).

The very things that modern africans in vast swaths of the continue attribute to religion are better explained by formal educations in biology, physics, and other general sciences westerners take for granted.
There ARE no (confirmed) existences outside of organic life.
Doesn't mean you can't enjoy this life any more, but that doesn't give you the credibility to start making shyt up to pass the time.
