It's more like expanding studios, I don't think they have bought any MP studio EXCEPT obviously Bungie.

They've been expanding and investing massively into studios to ensure the likes of ND, GG and Insomniac can do both SP and MP simultaneously.

Yeah I forgot about Haven. But by and large the main push for MP/GAAS will be from expanding their established studios - makes sense, they need to leverage their big named studios to make this push a success.
