Around point breeze
Around temple
Powelton Village
Lancaster Ave by overbrook
North philly around Norris square
North philly between 2nd street to 11th street from griard to Allegheny

Philly been the poorest big city for the past couple of decades. There are poverty rates reaching over 30 percent in certain areas. The city need a drastic overhaul asap. All fhe corporate and educated jobs are in the suburbs because of the Philly wage tax.
