the anime cutscenes look crispy on my monitor

I got use to the graphic style, but it seems like 60fps doesn't fit this game like when I played persona 5 on the emulator forcing 60fps, shyt seem like its moving too fast or something

the beats is fire, I was surprised by that first joint at the gas station
