The Truth
No, writers have tried to make Batman dark and menacing, but in reality, he's more of a boyscout than any of the heroes minus flash. Batman just appears tough. He's less likely to resort to killing than someone like Superman. His appearance and origin force people to look at him at a certain light but almost all of his mythos is boyscout with extremely high morality.

The Flashpoint movie was an alternate Batman that was his father.
He's always killed somebody though:heh:

And idk where this notion that people don't die in these movies comes from, maybe the comic books but people think nobody dies in the comic movies when all these buildings are collapsing, bombs going off, people getting kicked out of windows or whatever the fukk goes on.

Batman even killed Joker in the animated movie... Finally.

Not saying his first instinct is to kill but lets not act like he hasn't bodied people... Superman too

I mean how anyone doesn't know that at this point is bugged out to me.

The real Watchmen "ripoff" by DC is IDENTITY CRISIS, but that's just the story. It works because the Watchmen basically is a Justice League. They even incorporated WATCHMEN into the 52 universes.

Man of Steel is just Superman except he doesn't have his goofy grin all the time, which wasn't a new thing.

You seem to not understand the difference between story and character.

You stated Supes is a direct bite of Dr. Manhattan.

Not watchmen and Mos explore similar themes.

So again,in what way is superman as a character in Mos a direct bite of Dr. Manhattan .
There you go. Why is Zach exploring similar themes in 2 separate movies he directed? Out of ideas I guess.

So Zach is taking a riff off of Superman to make a riff off of Dr. Manhattan? What's next another riff off of Superman using Dr. Manhattan again? :mjlol:
You still haven't clarified how Mos superman is a direct rip off Dr. Manhattan.

Smilies won't save you.

So now you're jumping around because you Dont even have a point.

I guess iron man as a film was a waste of time and marvel is out of ideas since we all know where the formula for that film came from

Can't keep Marvel out your mouth. Discuss the topic please.
I guess iron man 2 and 3 were also wastes of time and marvel is all out of ideas since they explored the same themes as the first film even having the same type of villain across all 3:ohhh:

Just using your own flawed logic against you

Because no director or writer has ever explored similar themes across different films :ohhh:

So if you agree that's exactly what Zach is doing why the argument?
