this is what happens when you pound people over the head with "yall need financial literacy" babble for years. People get focused on trying to prove shyt instead of just taking a big pile of money. Black people constantly get told we should be scared of money.

These are the same type of people that would argue with people about how "we don't need money for reparations...just give us some credit scores and some textbooks". :mjlol:

Having land takes time to develop... you would have wait to see the returns on it

Unless you sell it to someone else for a lot of money but I don't know how much 850 acres would go for

And credit is overrated

Always take the money
1 acre of land also costs less than 1 million dollars.

Let's say it costs 100,000 an acre (which it doesn't. It is going to cost 85,000,000.

In America though, the average cost of land is 16,000 dollars an acre so you're like at 13,600,000.

The internet is showing that the stupid kids in school didn't learn after graduation. You would honestly expect a 10 year old to be able to crunch the numbers.

A good credit score with no income or savings is worth nothing.

Good credit score means you are willing to pay back debts.
Income means you are able to pay back debts.

Be willing and unable is the same as being unwilling

What’s your DTI (debt to income ratio) with the 850? What is your net income with that credit score? How much do you have in the bank if shyt hits the fan and everything is due? You can have excellent credit and still be broke and get loans you can’t afford to pay back. Cash is king.
