i understand why people would want simplicity. i stayed away from pc gaming because i was afraid it would be too complex and i might fukk up my pc. but once you start, it gets addicting. i dont mind trouble shooting, learning how to overclock, mod, msi afterburner, intel extreme tuning , etc. i nerd out on the shyt.

but if you dont want to do all the above, heck modding aint even as hard is it was back in 2017, just go on wemod, find your game and poof. it used to be way harder back in the day with scripts and shyt. its gotten pretty basic drag exe and drop. only reason i have a console are for the exclusives, like GOW. otherwise pc gaming is far superior. if you want a controller just buy an xbox controller, thats what i did. its really not that complicated.

ps. never, ever update your windows upon launch, same goes for itunes. you always wait a month cause you know youll see a patch within a couple of weeks smh.

That is why do you do not update Windows for at least a month and after checking to see if there are issues with it.
I agree, but Windows 10 is the hardest OS ever to block updates on. It is designed from the ground up to reintegrate the telemetry, spying and updates. Even if you do successfully, when you do update, it resets all the bullshyt, and the fight starts over.

Imo gaming on PC is like having to adjust the settings on your TV to get the best picture for nearly every new game you play, and it only gets more complex when mods are involved.

Plus I'd rather chill on the couch playing games with a controller on my 55 inch TV with surround sound in the living room, than be hunched over a computer desk, staring into a 28 inch monitor barely a foot away with a mouse and keyboard. Gaming on PC isnt as relaxing.

You can play your pc games on a tv with controller.. The fukk is you saying?

I've completely abandon consoles. If a game isn't on PC, then I just won't play it. Simple as that. I thought I was going to get a PS5 this generation, but I just don't care about consoles anymore. I can do too much with my PC.

But this is how myself and many others enjoy playing on their PC.

PC gaming = high end but needy sports car. You have to invest a lot of time, money and effort just to put 1,000 miles on it but when it runs :banderas:

Console gaming = like a really nice Lexus or Corvette. Not quite as flashy but the cost of ownership is lower. Exchange peak performance for daily comfort :lawd:

Do people really even do that tho? Seems more rare that folks do this. Process doesn't seem as flush as console to TV either.
of course. i plug my gaming laptop to my big screen via hdmi all the time, then plug my xbox controller. its like having a more powerful console with mods.

wait until you use 4k reshaders /texturing and then plug that bytch up to your big screen :wow:

Refresh rate and latency is worse gaming on a TV and im not trying to have a big ass computer tower taking up space in my entertainment center, nor do I want to move the shyt back and forth between the computer desk and living room.

Last time I had a gaming PC was during the ps3 era, and I remember the shyt taking a massive performance hit when I assumed you could just hook it up to an HDTV.

on every game

stop it, you clearly don't know how PC gaming works, also you can go into the settings and uninstall the update

did you update your NVIDIA drivers, whenever there's a problem with a GPU its usually the Game ready driver that hasn't been updated did you even check geforce experience app

99 percent of people aren't having this problem, I got a 3080

I have a 3080 and im still playing 4k 144fps

That's unfortunate. My pc is in my living room so i can play games while watching tv.. I have a lg oled so i don't have those refresh problems.
