:dead:

just saw this loser with another ducktale, too bad he already got ran off

how are you only benching 255 but your military press is 235? :russ:

youre so ignorant to lifting that you dont even know how to make up believable lies

I lurk this thread hard but I had to say something.

I'm not understanding :why: are his numbers a lie?

My military press is about 80/85 % of what I bench.

I don't know if this isn't possible once you start getting into the 200 range.

My bench isn't much only like 130

But I usually stay around 110 because I lift to failure after my warm ups.

My shoulder press is 85 maybe 90 lbs.

I've OHP 235lbs, my 1 rep max for bench is at 385lbs, his numbers are way off unless he has gigantic shoulders and a bird chest. Someone shoulder pressing over 225lbs is generally going to have a much higher bench than 255lbs, most likely well into the 300lbs range bench.

Good numbers by the way.

I've been stalled at 115 lbs for three weeks :sadbron:
yea I hate this. What I do when that happens is I reset by going down ~10lbs the next workout then trying it again at the weight I wanted the workout after that. seems to help, plus making sure you get all the correct protein intake

I think I'll try this ... 115 is already the highest I've ever tried, so stepping back to move forward may work :myman:

I think increasing carb intake would be the issue or fat intake. Those two are your body's go-to energy sources :manny:

some people only bring the bar down to like their eyes, thats why they can handle more weight.

if youre benching with the right form and military pressing properly i just cant imagine someones bench only being 20 lbs higher than their military press

Nope i do seated only way to maintain proper form .

Standing is cool but for me in order for me to do this excersie right i have to sit down. The bar come almost to tip of my nose . If im not doing it right i graze my nose .

I see folks looking like they are about to fukk their back up doing standing press.

I just thought this was a standard lift, along with the likes of bench press etc. I have only seen one other person in my gym do it though which is weird.

yeah bro, I just cut bench pressing out my routine again.......

Clean & Press, Squat, Pull-ups, Tricep dips, Tricep Pull-down

3x a week = beast......
