any trade has to involve a contract restructure so thats basically a no trade clause which gives kaep power
its simply not that easy if denver has put their foot into the ground
I believe Kaep was fine with the restructure, 9ers just weren't happy with the compensation. Still, if I'm Kaep, I'm not redoing my deal. The deal is perfect for any team (basically 1 year deals every season).

Nah. It still hurts us. It doesn't make any sense to keep him on the roster just to swallow a salary if they don't want each other. It's that kinda tone deaf shyt that got the team to where they are now. They need to take the best offer they got or cut his ass before April 1st. Can't scapegoat him on every level one year then decide he's good enough to compete for the job in the next season. Take the 4th or 3rd and keep it pushing. They're not fooling anyone.
