I wouldn't call him insecure, they really botched. The organization has handled business about as badly as an organization can over the past 3 seasons. I wouldn't really be in a hurry to stay either.

His insecurity been obvious forever, even Boone called him out as he left.

I call him insecure because all of his obsessing over social media "haters" and shyt like that. That's not something a confident, secure person does. He acts like a teenager to me

I admit he probably let's outside things bother him too much. But still the powers that be are just as at fault for this whole freefall the past 3 years. We struck gold with harbs, and obviously have no clue as to what we're doing anymore.

From what I can tell they're trying to increase liquor sales in the stadium.....and possibly bay wide for all 49er fans during the season. The York's must have stock in Grey Goose and Hennessey

The problem isn't Chip being happy or not. Chip doesn't give a fukk who the players are. Y'all gotta remember his entire coaching schtick is that the players on the field don't matter. The only thing that matters is his scheme and that they're running it exactly as he says. That's most likely the reason they haven't done shyt. Chip said it doesn't matter who he has as long as he can run his program. I tried to warn Eagle fans when he went there and it's gonna be the same shyt here.

I'm not sure I believe that. Case in point with the Eagles he was the guy and was very active. If we gave Chip full control, you really think he would be this quiet?

He was very active in his 2nd and 3rd year. His first year he didn't do much of anything as far as the roster was concerned. The 2nd year was the year he started going ham on the roster and I'm pretty sure the reasoning wasn't for talent reasons. He traded Shady for money reasons and said that on the record. He doesn't need to deconstruct our roster for money reasons. It's already dirt cheap and full of bullshyt.
