I'm okay with Medium, but the shyt that gets me is how people eat prime rib. I literally can't look at it

I would argue that they are nervous about the meat being undercooked rather than the actual taste.

Well done is tougher and just not as delicious.

When I went into the restaurant industry and learned how to properly cook a steak, I felt I turned my back on my heritage.


Ain’t no way in hell I eat any steak well done. It’s Mid rare with some charred shallots, onion and compound butter.
