Covid hit us pretty hard:francis:our luck is shytty.

I think DJ probably wouldn't have went in the bubble anyway since KD and Kyrie are against it. I assume he is too.

Time to shut it down. No KD, Kyrie,Spencer Wilson, Claxson or DJ. If they miss the playoffs they get to keep their pick from the timberwolves. Idk if they’ll package the pick for Beal or whatever they attempt to do but at this point just tank lol

He and Kevin Durant have spoken, said Marks, adding he seems to be in “good spirits” and continues to be a “very loud voice” in speaking about the team’s future.

“I don’t want to speak for him, but he seemed to be in good spirits,” Marks told the more than 20 media reps on the call. “He’s obviously aware of everything that’s going on, whether it’s the pandemic and some of the issues going on in society. We’ve had great conversations about all of that.

“He continues to be a very loud voice in terms of where we’re going in the future and what we’re doing, and I involve him, like the other players and staff, and how we’ll continue to build this team and how we move forward.”

Very telling as if we didnt know by now.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski discussed the 45-year-old's future with the team on The Woj Pod.

"He's the head coach," Wojnarowski said of Vaughn (h/t Ashish Mathur of Clutch Points). "They didn't make him interim coach. I think the Nets are considering the possibility of a search, but I would still give Jacque Vaughn—I would take Jacque Vaughn against the field right now."

"How Jacque is prepared for each of the eight games will tell a lot," Wojnarowski said.

Alex Schiffer of The Athletic reported the Nets "have every intention of giving Vaughn a true shot at getting the job."

Anybody opposed to Vaughn full time? If KD doesn't want him he won't be here, but it's interesting considering how he flamed out of Orlando. You could probably get your pick of the litter over anybody else in the offseason but it really does seem like it's his to lose. I'm all for there being more brothers in head positions so I'm conflicted. But I hope he does will with what he has in Orlando.

I think we should leave Caris home and just let everyone else have at it. His usage is gonna be ridiculous and I’m really worried about injury :patrice:

:heh:Hes a 25 year old ball player. If hes healthy and ready to go he should be playing. Otherwise whats the point of having him on the team?

He also has gotten injured almost every season dating back to his college days. Considering the circumstances it’s worth discussing whether it’s a necessary risk
