My living room tv is 10 inches bigger and was twice the price, but I use my b9 in the bedroom moreBought a LG B9 in Jan and its been the best damn purchase I've made in years.
The way it completely transformed my movie watching and game playing experience
Watching The Revenant in 4K HDR on this thing, and my guilty pleasure .. War movies
horror movies hit different with the darkness.
And dont get me started on the game in my avatar, the GOAT experience
Lookup avs forums or ratings for calibration settings for your modelso no one go to settings for games?

Honestly, ive read that the out of the box settings are pretty good.
Theres a thread on Reset era that goes into details for settings on specific consoles tho, if your interested.
I don't like how it looks out of box because of the softness of the image and the colors are not vibrant enough65” CX the week before the PS5 dropped. Magnificent. Went back to default picture settings for game mode. My tweaks weren’t nearly as good as how it looks out of the box.
My LG got a game mode setting so i put it on thatso no one got settings for games?

Spiderman MM looks like a pixar movie now
Here are my settings that I've settled on
My test game was MM and the game looks ridiculous now
Before my tweaks it looked good but something was missing
Good isn't good enough for a premium tv
OLED Light - 92
Contrast - 85
Brightness - 60
Sharpness - 20 (0 was too soft, bumped it to this based off a random recommendation on reddit, looks good)
Color - 57 (can bump up to 65 for more vibrant image, beyond this it gets oversaturated IMO)
Tint - 0
When selecting color temperature I selected Warm 1
No motion control or image smoothing
Dynamic Tone Mapping set to on
Black Levels set to low
Left everything else alone
It will make any game you play "pop" out the screenTrying these out now, appreciate it.
If anyone finds the brightness washes out blacks/gets rid of perfect blacks, lower the brightness until you get perfect blacks again and then stopOLED Light - 92

Using MM as a test game
Game looked good and smooth but something was missing
Now colors are more vibrant and the image pops now, as if it's coming out the screen
Just saw a cut scene that made my jaw drop
The faces almost looked real
Now I understand the CX hype after changing to these settings
