You guys REALLY underestimate the power of the female dollar in here. I'm talking old ladies, middle age women, who've been waiting their entire lives to see this movie made. And they're gonna bring their little girls and boys, their sisters, friends, mothers. Women of all ages and races. You really have no idea what's coming, do you?

Not so sure about the bold. I'd bet the demo breakdown will be the same as others in the genre

The most it's off is like $20 Milly, still nothing great. But movie looks good so I'm checking for it regardless. Hopefully word of mouth helps it out after opening weekend.

Too much comp, word of mouth may help but u got pirates opening a week before, the mummy a week after and cars week after that. It will get swallowed up possibly.

Screenrant says 100. I'm thinking closer to 100, but that still means it's making roughly 225-250 domestic. Only film to hit 300 here will be gotg and possibly Spiderman.

I think this one of those movies that will not do super great in theaters but have a cult following because the movie looks well done, if not as flashy as say a Superman or as dark as Batman.

A 65 opening would put it's opening above

Captain America
Ant man


And doing so with a budget smaller than all of those.


And 65 is the lowest tracking. Other places have it at 100 million.


But yall can't help but show your stanning and only post the lowest one.

No one even knew who the hell Antman was... if Wonder Woman - a huge budget blockbuster comic movie - can't ride the wave of the MCU/Batman/XMen movies that came before her, and only opens to Antman numbers, that would be a massive disappointment. The studio isn't looking for Antman numbers for someone as iconic as Wonder Woman.

WW is fighting in the Cap, Ant-Man, Thor weight class now. Is it she is no longer an icon or Cap/Ant-Man/Thor has reached her level?

Can't wait for when aquaman opens and Disney stans to act as if aquaman is a legendary property that anything less than a 200 million opening is a disappointment and should have made more.

Well, obviously world wide gross is all that matters but that's not a very strong opening here in the states. I think you predicted this would be the lowest grossing DC film, doesn't mean it's a flop but according to some people on this forum this movie was gonna be HUGE, dudes saying over 300+, but that's looking impossible.
