I was right about Ozy not being in a prison and it being a gift from Manhattan.

I still don’t think the 7K plans to “kill” Manhattan but separate him into two. Being in Cal is probably what allows them to do it. They could have just used the generator like it happened with Jon but it’s probably easier to transfer it into Keene.
