A tactical card is like assigning a character to a mission. When you select it (similar to dragon age inquisition), it will give you a breakdown on what the character is most likely to bring to the table of this particular mission. BTW, they are also posters 11x17

there will be a card game for the black sands universe a couple of years from now. The problem with doing it too early is it might spoil the main story. Thus we will wait until the third generation.
