I’ll give it another episode or two but let’s keep it a buck, this is trending more toward true detective: mid country.

Only 20 minutes into ep 2 and I’m over it. They need to quit it.The first season was so good they know we’ll keep checking it out to see if any new season matches that. But at this point it needs to end.

I just caught back up to this season loving it so far homage to The Thing reeled me in.
Yeah, I think with her unconditional love for The Thing, we def won't get a clear and straightforward ending when it's all said & done. Or at least not an ending that's gonna be loved by a majority given how most people already got it in their head about what they wanted a TD season 4 to look like instead of just letting it play out.
The FBI HQ in Alaska is in Anchorage. Which is why dude wanted to hand the case off to them.
Regardless, it's been 2 days. The bodies aren't even thawed out yet. Even if the FBI were to get involved, they wouldn't be in the show yet.
