lets wait for the trial
lets wait for the verdict
he's innocent until guilty! this is America!
well the verdict was wrong
And, granted, all those things happen, (and can be reasonable) juries get it wrong,
but if the jury was not guilty, a lot of people would suddenly have faith in the system. Because these people were in bad faith from the beginning. There's not even a credible counter theory. Kelsey Harris? The bumbling fool, was wielding a pistol like "Goodfellas". Come on.
Sentencing is harder to figure out. He wasted everyones time with this trial. He could have pleaded to reckless endangerment and second degree possession. Gascon's office would have offered that. He's looking at a potentially severe sentence. Could be like 7-8 years.
He would rather do state prison than LA County. fukk. Tory is in trouble, he'll be in ad seg but his soft ass, in LA County.
