This is a County/State trial, not a federal one, I get a lot of people don't know the difference.

Off hand, I don't know the difference, and wouldn't feel confident explaining it,in regard to immunity specifically, but anytime you see GOVERNMENT as opposed to "the People" or "the state", it's applying to federal law, which has limited bearing on a state trial, more so just guidance, than trying to correct you on some minor point.
