"Doom . . . what's on your evil mind?"I was actually disappointed..
Like I'm a Dr. Doom stan..... i got him on my current cell screen saver and my last one or 2 (Palm Treo and some other phone).
Fav rapper MF Doom and I love all the Doom interludes in songs.
After Doom I probably like Punisher next then Cap then Superman then Flash.
But I just hoped for more with Doom. Though "Meek-Meehaan" was better than the latest Doom.... cant deny that
the people who its for will know its for themWho's that directed at brotha man? Considering I'm currently posting in here I feel I should ask

I guess the main reason I just dont feel like the villains are as "underwhelming" as so many say... cuz truthfully I just feel they are just "on par" with everything else. And I'm not saying its good or bad...... but just is what it is.
I just find it ridiculous when cats come down hard and try to bash them for this but then look away and be like

When other franchise suffer from the same thing or make the same mistake.
Marvel shouldnt be held to a HIGHER standard than others.... they should ALL be held to the same standard.
So the way I see it dont see here tell me Malekith (and no its not all about him but for the sake of discussion just using him as a discussion point) is all that terrible and is the worst thing anyone has ever seen
When we've seen;
2 cloud villains

Or..you know...it's because villains are an intrinsic part of comic history and the stories. The most popular comic hero's also have the best rogue galleries. That's not a coincidence.
It's literally only disney stans that suddenly want to down play a villains importance in the stories and what makes the hero who they are.
Batman wouldn't be batman if it wasn't for characters like the joker. Spider man wouldn't be spider man without goblin etc.
And literally the only reason you guys want to suddenly claim villains aren't that important is because it's a huge flaw in these films.
You guys aren't slick. We know why you want to down play the villain role in comic stories and suddenly want to claim it's all about the hero and nothing more.
Secondly, deacon frost>>>>>any villain in these disney films. Same with doc ock.
I'll pay attention to said attack that day when those doomb bots have 4 different billie movies attached to their name. While also the catalyst for an entire studioNaw you good @Ironman I know you not attacking me and even if so.... you cant hurt me.... all you doing is punching out Doom Bots if so
You dont want them problems from the house of Doom
Whether is you, JB, or even the good brother PS, I know its not attacks.... I dont mind and love honest discussion. Like if yall ever see me talk, yall should notice I never disrespect no one or call them stupid or dumb, or curse them and call them childish names.
Its just discussion, this fun and play play but its discussion too and I appreciate from whomever

For the record though.... if I was to attack you I wouldnt attack you with words I'd attack you with the power we've acquired from Silver Surfer or Galactus![]()

The OG Superman movies..... well for the most part were great.... everyone LOVED them and no one harps on the villains.
Everyone LOVES Blade one and 2...... but I bet dont remember shyt about the villains in them "Blades just fought some vamps and was BAD ASS"
Everyone loves the Toby Spideys.... but even his villains werent all that.... people just loved him and to see him in his suit
So on one end, I get it... but on another. I feel the argument is overplayed and people use it to distract the narrative or try to take some points from it.
I think its more of an issue when youre hero is lackluster, boring, and cant carry the film..... cuz at the end of the day.... it aint the villain emblem or shield they promoting..... its the hero. He spose to be the iconic face of the movie franchise who is the face of the comic source
Stephen dorff was deacon frost.I can't agree with anything you wrote in the bold.
For the time Gene Hackman's Lex Luthor was very well received...sure he is playing a more hokey, Silver Age version of Luthor but no one ever complained about him. And Zod was universally praised.
Ethan Hawke was not my cup of tea but I don't think there was a consensus that he was horrible as Deacon Frost and Jared Nomak in Blade 2 was cool as shyt.
Willem Dafoe was really good as Norman Osborn until they put him in that Power Ranger villain suit and everyone loved what Alfred Molina brought to the role of Doc Ock.
The Spiderman movie villains didn't suck until Spiderman 3.
I get him and Ethan Hawke mixed up all the time.Stephen dorff was deacon frost.
I legit thought sam Worthington and James badge dale were the same person for a whileI get him and Ethan Hawke mixed up all the time.
Same with Bill Pullman and Bill Paxton, Isla Fisher and Amy Adams and Dylan McDermot and Dermot Mulroney.
