There is a lack of accountability in here on both sides. The show and the comic are related so its natural to relate to two and both threads. BUT yes it is wrong that people aren't talking about it within a spoiler. But getting upset at the people who are doing so within the spoiler is stupid. ITS LABELED fukkING SPOILER!!!

no ones getting upset about people using spoiler tags. and no ones saying people cant talk about the relationship between the comics and the show. im just asking that type of discussion to take place in another thread. yesterday, there were 18 straight posts in this thread about the comic. some of the posts were in spoilers...some people were quoting the spoilers and replying without a spoiler tag so you knew what the conversation was without clicking on a spoiler..it was just sloppy and its been sloppy this entire season, we've been getting complaints all year about it.
some people like to watch tv and movies without knowing anything about the source material. please respect that...its not that outlandish of a request and its a pretty common rule across tv message boards
and i already mentioned this but a lot of us havent read the comics and plan to in the future. we don't appreciate you guys posting (without spoilers btw) exactly when major characters die in the books and other very specific details that might be a surprise for us. theres no reason the books should be spoiled for reading a season 3 thread for the show. i really dont have the time to debate this over and over, sorry some of you dont agree with it but click 1 thread over and you can talk about anything you want so i dont understand the big deal
If you have not read a book that began about 10 years ago then shame on you if you find out some details in threads on message boards dealing with the TV show it started from before you finally get around to checking it out. There is a statute of limitations on this spoiler shyt and a decade is more than enough time for you to just be shyt out of luck.
