Think about it homelander and str0mfr0nt both knew she was working with the boys or had contact with it member than in the last episode she took out the tracking chip vought had place inside her . hell butcher even say the reason he take her on the mission last episode was that if things got out control vought would be looking for her and not the boys which he was right

I've seen this several places and I think the writers want us to think it.

But them exploding heads is like 50. cal sniper rifle shyt. Cindy doesn't seem like she could/would be that precise but who knows.

I honestly think it's Edgar. All these parallel to mainstream superheros...the way he talked to HL he GOTTA be some kinda monster, think an evil Professor X.
