next step is to see if I can consistently play switch exclusives on this…if I can do that then I’ll probably sell the switch…as a handheld this just feels better…and the output is the same if I want to hook it up to a monitor

rimworld, olliolli world, life is strange 2 demo (all 3 steam games) and game pass

the main incentive for considering getting windows on this device is it would allow me to download game pass games instead of just streaming them which would be huge for me

*edit*

I have both portals on xbox (haven’t played them yet)…think I’m gonna double dip and get it on steam

yeah only steam games i boguht was nba 2k23 and spiderman

gamepass cloud has so much piff and I use that the most then epic games game for gta 5 and i can also hop on my ps5 where ratchet and clank is dope

I haven’t looked into it seriously but I saw folks say they played 2 games I checked out (super mario odyssey and metroid dread) using something called yuzu…I need to check out which games can run on it, how fast does it drain the battery and also how long does it take for these games to become available? say I wanted to play a switch exclusive—how long will I have to wait for a rom once it releases?

I was excited about throwing some emulators on there (especially for the wii) but I’m pass…I have a physical PS3 and I don’t even use it lol…for me emulators start off being fun for the nostalgia aspect but then after checking out a few games, I’m usually ready to move on…that’s just with me tho…I know folks are really heavy into playing the classics

You don't have to wait long, Pokemon violet was leaked on rom days before the official release. Check out r/switchpiracy they know when a game leaks.

I bought one off ebay just to play max payne 3…only for xbox to finally make it backwards compatible a few months after lol…I will say this tho the dualshock 3 felt like trash…and neither the DS4 or dualsense controller were fully compatible with the game so you literally couldn’t start the game once the title screen came up

Yeahhh that's one thing I do not missed about the PS3. The Xbox controller spoiled the hell out of me. I am not used to my thumbs touching each other by the tips because of the analog placement.

the prices are insane for a copy. I rememebr I sold mine for liek 75 now on ebay they are like 200

Yeah the retro gaming market is trash :scust: . Folks really trying to come up by charging a PS1 Barbie game for 300 dollars :hhh:
