If you go back to the Steam website/app and look at the Steam Deck page, it should no longer show your pre-order. Also if you go into your steam account and look at your previous purchases, it will show that you paid for your Steam Deck. Good luck.

Yeah checked all that and it is still asking me to pay. I might just pay with a different card and charge back the other one if it doesn't automatically get reversed.

Valve support is pretty responsive. I'd wait for a response from them before using another card and doing a charge back. A charge back is a sure fire way of getting banned from the service. They also provide a grace period if someone doesn't pay within the 3 days.

Sent mine back and ordered the ryzen onexplayer. Not trying to deal with all those launchers and loopholes to play non-steam games.​
