Copped the Mass Effect Legendary trilogy for the 2nd time...$15 is too good a deal to pass up for cleaned up classics :wow:

Can't play it till tomorrow after work when my 1tb SD card comes :sadcam:

Playing Blasphemous in the meantime...I'm glad I held off on buying this on console because it's perfect for a handheld :wow:

I’ve already gotten rid of my switch and gifted my account to a friend…I’m coming real close to getting rid of my xboxes…of course I’ll keep the account tho since I can play some game pass games on this…I’ll probably get a gaming PC as well…don’t see myself giving up on my PS5 tho

:whoa:

I got a gaming PC and the Steam Deck is the perfect complement to it if you get all your games through Steam - you can easily switch back and forth between the two. At this point I only really use my Deck if I’m out of town or just don’t feel like sitting at my PC.

Man i want to get a 1 tb but the fear of me having to redownload all my emu games is stopping me
I don't blame you but I had to do it.

Not even gonna cap, downloading to it right now and it's slower than downloading to the SSD straight up (which makes sense), and I got 100GB of Mass Effect lined up :mjcry:

I'm mad as a bytch :dead:

Initially, the download speeds were going slow as hell so I tried to reformat on Desktop using a method I read about on the Steam forums that worked for people. I was able to do it and the speeds were better but still not full speed. On top of that, due to what you have to do to the partition, I was giving up 45GB if I stuck with that.

So I reformatted again using the normal method in gaming mode, and it started downloaded my games at full speed just before I had to leave for work :francis:

Them shyts is done and my Deck is just sitting there all alone waiting for me :mjcry:

Mass Effect trilogy running flawless for damn near all 3 games. Frames don't drop until 3 and even then, it's not gamebreaking.

The whole series on a handheld? I'm flabbergasted :wow:

Full disclosure though, I had to sign up for an EA account and link my Steam account to get past the launcher but once you do that, it's no longer an issue :manny:
