I was just in line in Walgreens.

Worker (to manager): You off the clock?

Manager: Yep.

Worker: Well, she wants to speak to a Manager.

Manager: :why: :camby: "Go get _____"

Breh, if you off, you off. People don't get that. If I ask my employees if they off the clock, I just tell them nevermind and go get someone who is.

I remember i was working as a cashier and all of a sudden dude in line gets his arm twisted behind his back by the guy behind him on some , this guy just stole ciggarettes. call the cops.

i was like :pachaha:

dude grabs the pack of ciggs and tosses it on the counter. asks for my manager because he wants us to call the cops.
:childplease:

I used to see. people stealing daily, mostley girls stealing nail polish and dudes taking candy bars. i didnt care.

5 years ago I spent the summer working at a movie theater ... shyt almost broke me :mjcry:

Management was super shytty, but the customers would frequently be on some :mindblown: shyt. How complicated is ordering snacks at the damn moves? The worst was probably when one woman told me it was "too dark" in the theater :beli:

I'm honestly gonna start making a tally on a peice of paper on the amount of times women ask something like where a product is and walk/run away without telling you thank you...Yes folks men have done it also...but honestly I have started to become surprised when I have a woman actually say THANK you...

its like you don't even exist...may seem a petty thing to do but I'm honestly gonna just start making a tally....not on some "white lady in orange sweater " type of listing....but just tally marks.... :manny:

Edit:

A pet peeve to add.....any of you in customer service who have been restocking while using a cart....and you got dozens of stuff in your cart and some women actually come up to you and ask if they can take your cart?

Had this lady try something like this last night...Broad had a red basket filled up with stuff on the floor and was lifting it up again and saw my cart and said while i was taking some stuff down "This is getting kind of heavy..." there was a pause adn she gave me a look and asked if she can take my cart....now my cart had like 8 things in it....I told her "miss im using this cart"....she didn't get an attitude or anything just said okay....

But this has happened on more than one occassion and it makes me wanna ask what goes through the minds of people who do this? Part of me wished i said to her "and what am i gonna do with the items in my cart miss" but i didn't wanna bother....

One thing I like about the job though is like fellow coworkers going to the deli on nights i'm working and have them give you what you ask for just like a regualr customer.....but then you can go to the backroom/break room and eat it :lolbron: without paying as an open secret....

wish the supermarket I went to had more items like usb flash drives, etc that i could steal though :patrice: the things ive stolen always gotta be some miscellaneous items
