Well I mentioned this before, but every Kohls in America is understaffed, they do that shyt on purpose so you have to work extra hard for that struggle minimum wage. I worked the electronics department but I knew the girls that worked the misses department and the fitting rooms were a straight up mess. It was so bad one time that they had to call me over and let me see it.

Something like this in the handicap fitting room.

All the girls were like at this bullshyt.

At Kohls they always coupons/promotions especially if you have the Kohls card. You had to constantly push that card on customers too if you were the cashier, and if you opened one, you would get an extra struggle 50 cents on your pay check.

One time, I had to unload these boxes that stank, opened them up and found out they were bathing suits. Apparently Kohls sells bathing suits from last year that didn't sell. Obviously people tried them on and didn't buy. So they got bytches p*ssy juices marinating on them for god knows how long.

It is so easy to steal from Kohls. I was too chicken to try any shyt though.

Our bathroom always smelled. They had one Mexican woman cleaning the entire fukken store. shyt was crazy.

Oh yeah, the customer service department had stories too. At Kohls you can return items as long as you have the receipt so we had customers come in with food processors with dried food stuck to the blades talking about I want a refund.

I fukken hate Kohls as a company, I can't even imagine what working at Walmart is like.


ETA: For thanksgiving/ Christmas, I wasn't a cashier but would be called up to the register during a 2 hour time period in my shift. Anyways the lines were crazy long. And of course with all Kohls stores, there would be maybe 3-4 registers working out of 6 when we had lines extending to the back of the store.

Been a cashier at a grocery store the past year or so, going on 14 months. Recently started working as a CSR as well. Not to be on some shyt, but it's genuinely difficult and frustrating trying to help people in customer service type jobs when they don't speak English. Mainly talking about Asians at my store. I was trying to set these two paags up with a store discount card, and just getting the little basic info I needed was a pain in the ass. I can't tell you how irritating it was with me struggling to finish, and them giggling and shyt while yapping away in whatever language they spoke.

Working at the customer service desk has also introduced me to the fukkery of returns/refunds. Someone literally came in today wanting to return three 12 pack cases of soda because they decided the next day that they didn't drink soda anymore. bytch did her best to sell it, like she was struggling with addiction to it or something lol.

Whoever created coupons I'm sure has earned a special place in Hell. I can't stand coupon ladies who fight you for every last cent. I had this one lady bring in some random plastic bags trying to get a bag credit. She then claimed she didn't get a penny of her change out of the coin dispenser and went to the desk to complain. Literally one penny

Salute to everyone in here that has to put up with all the bullshyt these idiots give you on a daily basis.
Me personally, I'm calm, polite, and don't rush shyt. It's always important to be nice to people that 1. handle your money 2. handle your food 3. have to deal with hundreds or thousands of people a day. I don't understand why people get so mad at the person standing at the counter if something is wrong, it's literally almost never their fault.

The only time I got mad was when this retarded fat thot McDonald's worker fukked up my order six times. I asked for chicken nuggets on top of my burger meal and she kept giving me either corn, or a salad, or another burger. stupidass whaleass bytch
