I was always going to get one for archival purposes. I still own a slim PS2, super slim PS3, and a PS4 Pro. I won't trade or sell this PS5 Pro in even when the PS6 comes out. I keep the close to final best version of the PlayStation consoles and have for decades. The exceptions are the Vita which I have an OLED not the LED version, the PSPGo (somebody stole this), and original PlayStation (didn't have enough sense as a youth to keep this hardware). I keep them for game library reasons and BC.
Same with Nintendo Hardware for the most part. Still own an original Wii, Wii U, 3DS XL, 2DS XL, Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo, Gameboy. Missing the GameCube (original Wii does that), DS, and NES.
