12 was so far ahead of it's time. A lot of the stuff that game did was literally the first game to do it. The world wasn't ready for it when it came out. :wow:

fukk it 12 is the GOAT, I'm ready to die on this hill(It isn't the best Final Fantasy, but I'm tired of the 12 slander so i'm gonna die defending it).

Whats even funnier is how many games secretly use the gambit system and people don’t even realize it, even this game

12 figured out how to make party based open world HD rpgs before anyone

Finished chapter 2, but does the open world aspect of the game get better? I wasn't feeling it, but I still enjoy combat. I think the combat is much improved and I don't mind graphics mode in this because performance didn't look that good

Mildly warm take: i think more open world games need to put far more emphasis on “mini-games”

They don’t have to be turning into frogs, or racing but if you’re going to make a game 50+ hours long i feel like you need enough breaks in the routine to keep the games from becoming monotonous.

I hope they include snowboarding in the next installment
