We might have to wait a while for Book II to come back because of the writer's strike. Season four will probably start next summer.

Makes sense. It's harder to kill a man up close and personal than it is to shoot wildly from across the room/street. Not to mention in the "Power Universe" you're not a real killer until you kill someone you love. Brayden's first kill was his uncle. He stamped now.

Explain why they needed to end the beef? The beef had no impact on the show. Tasha is in witsec, Tomy told Tariq he'd never see him again and moved to Chicago. They could've left it at that. Even if they wanted to do crossovers they could've used other characters. It's bad writing. All that Saxe's shiit was stupid an illogical.

Shows change directions all the time when a new showrunner or writers comes into the fold and sometimes undoes previous storylines or tries to forget them altogether. The writers should have kept Tommy gone when he initially left in OG Power instead of bringing him back and placing Ghost's murder on him. They should have never had that beef in the first place because they should have never wrote Tasha pinning the murder on him. They literally only brought him back to NY because Tasha pinned Ghost's murder on him.

Crossovers are typically done with the lead characters of the show (SVU/Organized Crime for example) and Tommy has no reason to interact with Davis or any of the other characters on the show as he doesn't know them like that.

I mention before that the Saxe shyt was stupid and illogical as it made no sense from a character perspective whatsoever and completely overlooked the fact that Tamika knew

It would also give them the opportunity to bring back Ghost whenever they want. Technically, he can still come back in Tariq's imagination, but there are people who wonder if Ghost will come back and they think he's still alive for some reason.

Killing Ghost created more long-term problems than necessary. Maybe in the series finale, instead of Ghost dying, he stops an attempt to kill him and he finds out that Tasha and Tariq were behind it. He realizes his family is beyond saving and moves on to Albany. The spin-off can still be about Tariq going to college and selling drugs with Tasha keeping an eye on him.

Good wrap to the season but power is so predictable it’s more of a soap opera than crime drama. Next season Caine gonna find out that his siblings was behind the hit on his mom. Monet gonna survive and put two and two together by Dru and Diana slipping up leaving some sort of bread crumbs. Going lead up to tense shootout between Dru and Caine with a dramatic death of one of them. Mostly likely Caine dying because Power seem to love these Dru Gay sex scenes. Monet gonna realize Tariq had nothing to do with a lot stuff he get the blame for. She gonna have a heart to heart with Tasha about ending the war. Tasha gonna gonna sit down with Tariq and tell him it’s better to call a truce and join forces to take out Noma with the help of her right hand man. Effie gonna dub her new crew and somehow find her way back in Tariq’s circle. Brayden gonna be one foot in and one foot out for most of the season debating on whether to live his life as a white privileged rich kid or be a murderous drug lord. He’ll eventually choose the streets for good with his family finding out his role he had in his uncle’s death. Congressman Tate and the Lawyer gonna in the season with the normal favor for favor deals with Tariq. Angela’s brother and other detectives gonna be hellbent on taking Tariq down and somehow end up with the phone that Lauren throw away and come up with a plan to bait him behind him thinking he’s communicating with Lauren. Season gonna end with Tasha killing Monet. Becoming the female version of ghost something she always dreamed of. Tariq going be the front man. They gonna be at war with Dru, Angela’s brother and some new mysterious drug kingpin who’s gonna pop up during the season to take the city over.

Tasha is on some new Bet+ show. So don’t expect much from her on the next season……unless her show gets cancelled and the writers strike last long enough to be able to write her in

My guy you said a whole bunch of nothing. You said they needed to end the beef, why did they need to end the beef?

Again even if they wanted to do crossovers, they didn't need to end the beef. They could be dealing with other characters and have no direct interaction or they could continue the beef across series. Unless you are on the trash writing team it's no reason to try and defend the garbage writing.

Everything you said about season 1 is meh to me, It happened. But Season 3 Tommy, Tasha, Saxe was pure garbage and bad writing.
